Bio
Ned Vizzini is the author of It's Kind of a Funny Story ("insightful and utterly authentic" --New York Times), Be More Chill, and Teen Angst? Naaah.... He started writing for New York Press in high school, which garnered him embarassing status as a "writer/wunderkind" (Gawker) but has now ascended to the realm of the "former teen wunderkind" (New York Magazine). His work has been honored by the American Library Association, New York is Book Country, BookSense, and the Chicago Public Library. Ned has written for Bookslut.com, Newsday and The New York Times Magazine. He lives in Brooklyn, NY where he works as a New York City Teaching Fellow and is currently writing a new novel, entitled Rocco Cracker.
