The Barnes & Noble Teen Writing Workshop is ongoing but always welcoming new members. I teach a writing technique at the start of the workshop, we all work with it, and then we share. There aren't any age restrictions; come one come all and it's FREE!
Due to an existing event the Friday before, this event is on Wednesday night instead of Friday night. Thanks! Don't miss it!

P.E.E.L. is a new reading series with a home base at Stain bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, every second Thursday of the month. Readings run under an hour, and feature 4 writers- one each presenting a few poems, an essay, an excerpt of something longer they are working on, and a letter. The idea is to present new writing in short jolts instead of longer, drawn-out ordeals.
I'll be reading a letter.

I will be speaking with Tony DuShane on Pirate Cat Radio (87.9FM, San Francisco, 107.9FM, Gerlach, NV).
We will talk about many things book- and life-related.
In the second hour of the interview (so I guess my segment will be an hour), there will be alive in-studio acoustic performance from Valerie Orth.
The whole show will be available for six weeks after the air date at www.piratecatradio.com.
Following that, MY INTERVIEW ONLY will be available at www.drinkswithtony.com until the end of time!

with Marty Beckerman at Barnes & Noble Greenwich Village, NY NY
I did a reading in April 2006 with Marty Beckerman focused on our contributions to the Jealousy anthology. I read about how I'm jealous of Marty's talent and drive and he read about how he's jealous of my big dick. This is him talking about my big dick.

Here it is -- for anyone who is just Googling "squip" and who missed out on the whole campaign of 2004-2005. This is a reel of all the wonderful things we did with squip -- the websites, T-shirts, promos and general hilarity. Enjoy and thanks EVERYONE so much for all your help with the project.
